HOW I WORK

How I Work:

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients can talk openly and freely without fear of judgment. In this space patients can reflect on their experiences in order to better understand themselves, work towards their goals, and ultimately increase enjoyment of life. I take a collaborative approach in developing the right plan for an effective treatment for each individual. Many people find that therapy is an asset to managing personal growth and interpersonal relationships. Therapy also provides hope when circumstances can feel hopeless.
