Payment:

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Payment is accepted by electronic payment (Zelle) or check.

Insurance:

My practice accepts self-pay and out-of-network clients. I am happy to provide session receipts for submission to your insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. If you have questions about how out-of-network benefits work I am happy to talk you through the process. If you would like to call your insurance carrier to find out if you have out-of-network benefits on your plan you should ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out of-network-benefits on my plan?

  • If so, what percentage is reimbursed for mental health services?

  • What is my deductible and how much, if any, have I met?

  • I am thinking of seeing a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Will I get reimbursed for a provider with that license? The provider does not have an “R” at the end of her credentials. Will that effect my ability to be reimbursed?

Cancelation and No Show Policy:

In order to maintain consistency and respect for each other's time, I require at least 48 hours notice if you have to cancel your scheduled appointment. If not cancelled within 48 hours, you are responsible for the full fee.
